Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive, professional Guest Attendant who will be the face of our property and a primary contact for guests.

The role focuses on front desk operations, guest services, and supporting daily property activities to ensure a smooth guest experience. You will handle reservations and check-ins, assist with tours and sales opportunities, manage laundry duties, and uphold cleaning standards while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proactive in solving problems and handling changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: daily property operations including reservations, renewals, check-ins and check-outs, with attention to accuracy.
• Guest Services: meet guest needs, conduct tours for potential guests, and fulfill special requests (e.g., linen exchanges).
• Laundry Duties: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; keep laundry area tidy.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: perform cleaning tasks, stock supplies, and sanitize public areas.
• Sales & Marketing: assist with in-house guest sales and occupancy initiatives.
• Emergency Procedures: follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for property and guests.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
