Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in/out using a computerized system.
• Handle guest requests, such as tours or restaurant bookings.
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes, including payments and keys.
• Answer calls and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with organizing events and meetings as needed.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform light cleaning duties and stock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
