Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for our hotel in Crete, NE. You will manage reservations, check guests in and out, handle guest requests, and support events and guest services during stay.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking ability, and experience with reservation systems, MS Office, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient with reservation systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system.
• Handle guest requests such as tours or restaurant bookings.
• Assist with check-in/check-out including payments and keys.
• Answer calls and online inquiries promptly.
• Organize events and meetings.
• Address guest complaints professionally.
• Perform light cleaning and restock supplies.
• Other duties, such as folding laundry.
