Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team as the first point of contact for guests. You will create a positive experience during check-in, stay, and check-out, handling inquiries and coordinating with housekeeping for smooth service.

Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering professional service, managing reservations, and maintaining guest records and payments accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information
• Answer phone calls and assist with general hotel information
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation
