Job summary

Echo Bluff Lodge in Eminence, MO, welcomes guests with warm hospitality and efficient front desk service. The Front Desk Associate will handle reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and serve as the local information resource for park attractions and lodging.

You will balance daily cash deposits, maintain orderly work areas, and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Availability for day, evening, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests.
• Manage reservations and room assignments.
• Assist guests with information about park attractions.
• Maintain front and back-office areas organized and clean.
• Process daily deposits and balance cash handling.
• Audit shift closings and transmit credit card batches.
