Four Points By Sheraton Seattle Airport South is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, professional service from check-in to departure. You will welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, English fluency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred; we’re willing to train the right customer service professional
• Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills
• Excellent speaking, reading, and writing abilities
• Comfortable using computer systems and software; hotel system experience is a plus
• Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills highly desired
• Flexible schedule, including days, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and genuine desire to help others
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a TEAM

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Assist with check-in and check-out while ensuring an efficient and seamless experience
• Manage guest information, room assignments, and key distribution
• Answer guest questions and provide helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area
• Respond to guest needs and requests with professionalism and urgency
• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Help create a welcoming environment that encourages guests to return
