Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide friendly, service-oriented guest interactions at the lobby and front desk. You will handle check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with a second shift from 3pm to 11:30PM. Training for hotel operations and front desk duties will be provided, and the hotel is

Qualifications

• Weekdays, weekends and holidays are required.
• 2nd shift 3pm to 11:30PM.

Responsibilities

• Register and assign rooms to guests.
• Issue room key and escort instructions.
• Sort and track incoming mail and messages.
• Transmit and receive messages using all communication avenues.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services and directions.
• Keep record of room availability and rate.
• Compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests.
• Make, confirm, and cancel reservations via all communication avenues.
• Post charges to guest bills when interfaces are inoperable.
• Make transportation or entertainment reservations for guests.
• Deposit guest valuables in hotel safe deposit box.
• Maintain knowledge of each shift including night audit.
• Dually trained as front desk and hotel operator.
