Job summary

ASH Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our Seattle property. You will welcome guests, check them in and out, verify reservations, and process payments with accuracy, delivering a warm and professional first impression.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to resolve guest needs, maintain accurate records, and respond to questions promptly. Escalation to the Front Office Manager is expected for complex service issues while upholding Ash's standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services is preferred.
• Clear, professional communication in person and over the phone.
• Comfort with property management systems or ability to learn quickly.
• Attention to detail with payments and reservations.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Assign rooms based on preferences and availability.
• Process payments, deposits, and folio adjustments.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Escalate issues to the Front Office Manager when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, reservations, and billing records.
