Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Demonstrate good computer skills.
• Accurately handle cash and post charges.
• Hotel experience preferred but not mandatory, some customer service background required.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Knowledge of computer terminology desired.
• Must be willing to pass Alcohol Compliance Certification within three months.
• Able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Conduct check-out processes.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information and a positive attitude.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, packages, and daily activity.
