Courtyard Seattle SeaTac Airport is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for an exceptional stay. You’ll be at the first point of contact, helping guests check in/out and providing local information to ensure a memorable visit.

We value a positive, energetic team player with strong customer service and communication skills who can multitask in a fast-paced hotel setting. Training is available and opportunities to grow within the TEAM exist.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with technology and software applications.
• Hotel system experience such as OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, or Slack is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
• Spanish language skills highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally.
• Manage guest information and reservations.
• Assign rooms and distribute keys.
• Answer guest questions and provide helpful information.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with a positive, service-focused approach.
• Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
• Communicate effectively with guests and TEAM members.
