Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Silverado standards.
• Answer inquiries about resort services, hours, and transportation.
• Process check-ins and checkouts in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Balance cash and follow cash handling policies.
• Operate Front Desk computer systems and HMS resort system.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities and services.
