Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out in a courteous manner.
• Provide attentive, efficient service to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and hours of operation.
• Handle inquiries, log packages and messages, and assist with guest requests.
• Follow cash handling and credit policies and operate the Front Desk system.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork and adhere to safety policies.
