Job summary

Silverado Resort is seeking a Front Office Agent to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service during check-in, stay, and checkout while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

This on-site role requires greeting guests, answering inquiries, logging packages, and balancing shift paperwork, with weekend/holiday availability and familiarity with HMS system. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a resort or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Silverado standards.
• Handle check-ins/outs efficiently and courteously.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities, and hours.
• Balance end-of-shift paperwork per resort standards.
• Maintain knowledge of HMS resort system and resort facilities.
