Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Hampton Coliseum Central is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests with a friendly arrival experience and to address needs and requests promptly during their stay.

You will manage check-in/check-out smoothly, provide information on rates/promotions, and handle mail and routine duties while maintaining a clean, professional front desk environment. A positive attitude and ability to work under pace and pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing field preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
