Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Hampton Coliseum Central is seeking a friendly, community-focused Houseperson to join our housekeeping team in Hampton, VA. You will help maintain clean, welcoming public spaces, assist in guest room stocking, and support front-line associates to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key duties include keeping hallways and public areas spotless, restocking amenities, and following hotel safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Can-Do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pace and pressure.
• Strong listening and conflict-resolution skills.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Desire to deliver hospitality and guest service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
