Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide attentive, courteous service to guests before arrival and throughout their stay. You will check guests in/out, respond to requests, and assist with reservations and inquiries.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is preferred and knowledge of cash handling and accounting principles is a plus. This on-site role requires weekend and holiday availability and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality-related degree preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting principles is beneficial.
• Experience handling cash and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly manner.
• Respond to guests' requests, problems and complaints promptly.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and local area.
• Manage deliveries, packages and messages for guests.
• Maintain front desk area, follow brand policies and rate guidelines.
• Operate the front desk computer system and assist with reservations.
• Uphold cash handling accuracy and radio etiquette.
