Strong customer-service skills, fluent English communication, and the ability to handle busy environments are essential. You will collaborate with Valets, Bellmen, Sales and Accounting teams and uphold professional appearance and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Clear, courteous English communication with guests and staff.

• Experience with cashiering and basic accounting is helpful.
• Ability to enter data accurately in computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors warmly and assist them.
• Oversee guest registration and check-out processes.
• Promote hotel services and amenities and provide information.
• Maintain key control and security procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with front office, valet, bellman and accounting teams.
• Report maintenance and safety issues to management.
• Ensure accurate accounts and handle forms of payment.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
