Job summary

• Greet guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and assist them at all times.
• Register guests in a pleasant, efficient manner and handle check-in/check-out processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and visitors professionally and promptly assist them.
• Register guests with accurate preferences (room type, payment, etc.).
• Accommodate room changes expediently and update records.
• Know hotel services, rates, promotions, hours of operation and amenities.
• Acquaint guests with city attractions and nearby areas of interest.
• Resolve guest issues and report service failures to Management.
• Process payments and settle guest accounts at checkout.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow security procedures.
• Collaborate with front office and administration staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate guest requests to appropriate departments and follow up.
