You will greet guests, handle registrations, maintain guest accounts, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure a seamless stay. Strong English communication, cash handling, and knowledge of local attractions are essential; the position offers

Qualifications

• Fluent English with guests, management and colleagues.
• Customer service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Ability to greet, register and assist guests efficiently.
• Cash handling and basic accounting knowledge.
• Able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Stand for long periods and maintain appearance.
• Knowledge of local area and attractions helpful.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and safety procedures.
• Team player with strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and assist them during their stay.
• Register guests efficiently, process payments, and settle accounts at check-out.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, rates, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and report to Management when needed.
• Protect confidentiality of all guest information and maintain security.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in safety training and follow life safety and evacuation procedures.
