Responsibilities

• Handle front desk duties, reservations, billing, and guest questions.
• Coordinate with Bell Services, Housekeeping, and other departments for seamless stays.
• Check guests in/out, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Process payments and assist with billing questions or concerns.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local area, and dining options.
• Answer calls and assist with reservations using etiquette and accuracy.
