Hilton Daytona Beach is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, and provide information about local attractions with a friendly, professional approach.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hotel front office experience and excellent communication skills. Availability includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include health, dental, life, disability, 401(k) with match, PTO, and hotel discounts.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year experience in a hotel front office is preferred.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with guests and staff.
• Must listen to, understand, and clarify concerns raised by guests.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, confirm, and process guest check-ins/ check-outs and adapt for any changes.
• Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed.
• Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities and local interests.
• Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the individuals’ bank at the end of each shift securely.
• Empathetically listen to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
• Maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information.
• Employ attention to detail in order to ensure security guidelines are met for guest room access.
• Participate in department meetings.
• Positive attitude, while being a team player with a “sleeves-rolled-up” type mentality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
