Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will supervise Front Desk Associates, maintain lobby presence, and uphold Hilton service standards.

The role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and guest-service skills, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. You will coach staff, handle guest concerns, and recognize Hilton Honors members.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience required, supervisory experience preferred.
• Hilton experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Front Desk Associates during assigned shifts.
• Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and assist with guest arrivals, departures, and peak periods.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally and efficiently.
• Recognize Hilton Honors members and ensure applicable benefits and preferences are honored.
• Monitor room assignments, upgrades, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
• Ensure associates are properly utilizing hotel systems and communication tools.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to resolve guest and room-related concerns.
• Assist with training and coaching, hold Front Desk Associates accountable for service and performance standards.
• Support cash handling procedures and other Front Office operational controls.
• Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and excellent guest service.
