Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead Front Desk Associates, and ensure guest experiences meet Hilton standards.

You will supervise shifts, handle guest concerns, recognize Hilton Honors members, and collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to resolve issues while maintaining professional and upbeat service.

Qualificações

• Previous hotel Front Desk experience is required.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Hilton experience strongly preferred.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support Front Desk Associates during assigned shifts.

• Ensure associates are properly utilizing hotel systems and communication tools.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to resolve guest and room-related concerns.
• Assist with training and coaching, hold Front Desk Associates accountable for service and performance standards.
• Support cash handling procedures and other Front Office operational controls.
• Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and excellent guest service.

The Front Desk Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Front Desk and ensures an exceptional guest experience. This position provides leadership and guidance to Front Desk Associates while maintaining Hilton service standards and ensuring the desk operates efficiently.
