Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year front desk/hospitality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out guests and adapt for changes.
• Secure payments and verify billing.
• Provide guests with room information, directions, amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Communicate with guests and team in a friendly, professional manner.
• Participate in department meetings and teamwork.
