Job summary

Hilton Daytona Beach is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service at check-in and check-out while supporting the team to meet service goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hotel front office experience.
Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and guests.
Must listen well, understand, and clarify guest concerns.

Responsibilities

Organize, confirm, and process guest check-ins/check-outs and adapt for changes.
Secure payment, verify and adjust billing as needed.
Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities and local interests.
Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank at end of shift.
Listen empathetically to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
Maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information.
Ensure security guidelines are met for guest room access.
Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player with a sleeves-rolled-up mentality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
