Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Atlanta seeks a friendly Front Desk Guest Services agent to greet guests, process check-ins/outs, confirm rates, and assist with local information. You will resolve guest questions and handle payments while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Able to interact with internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Complete the registration process using a computer system and confirm guest details.
• Code electronic keys and manage room assignment and rates.
• Handle payments, vouchers, and currency exchange as needed.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Close accounts at checkout and resolve guest concerns.
• Remain calm and assist during emergencies or high activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
