Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and trained crew. You’ll maintain a clean line and support timely service, training, and task delegation in a fast-paced setting.

You will ensure food safety practices, monitor line performance, and contribute to staffing and coaching to build a strong front-of-house team. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food.
• Ensure the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good service.
• Keep a clean, organized line with working equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in; perform other tasks when busy.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies management.
