Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and a positive customer experience. You’ll train crew, keep the line clean with working equipment, and support tasks when busy.

The role emphasizes leadership, food safety, and customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities include managing breaks, shifts, and schedules, cross-training front-of-house crew, and assisting with office duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment remain in working order.
