Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service. The role requires staying on their feet during shifts and assisting with tasks when not busy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf life checks, and daily food safety checklist compliance.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and ordered.
