Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a great customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and by keeping the restaurant line efficient and well trained. The role requires hands-on leadership, hands-on supervision of front-of-house crew, and active involvement in daily operations.

You’ll drive food safety standards, support crew development, and help with administrative duties to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized and stocked with properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor time and temperature on the line and enforce Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
