Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Facility Services Coordinator in Atlanta, GA, to serve as the front-line contact for clients, visitors, and calls within our virtual service center model.

The role requires strong customer service experience, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. You will support site management, room bookings, mail logistics, and administrative tasks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Service Center environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles.
• Strong professional telephone manner with empathy and clear outcomes.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet access; good keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Act as first point of contact for phone queries and room bookings in virtual service center model.
• Assist site management with client requests and other duties as required.
• Escort visitors/contractors and supervise as needed.
• Process mail and courier deliveries and distribution.
• Support meeting room needs and catering provisions.
• Handle invoicing receipting and reconciliation; data entry and records management.
• Manage work orders and maintain distribution lists.
