Opensity Solutions is seeking a professional, customer‑service focused Service Specialist to support at our client’s office. The role includes hospitality, floor coordination, and facilities services to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.

You will handle greeting visitors, setup of meeting spaces, catering support, and coordination of supplies. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a professional services setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues professionally and tactfully.
• Lift or move 40 lbs or more.
• Walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and provide hospitality in client offices.
• Prepare meeting rooms and assist with AV and catering.
• Coordinate food and beverage for meetings.
• Inspect conference rooms and pantry areas for cleanliness and stock.
• Assist with room reservations and office software to manage operations.
• Support after-hours events as needed.
• Assist with floor coordination and facilities tasks.
