Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Executive Team Leader in Glendale Heights, IL. Lead Guest Advocates and Service & Engagement Leaders to deliver exceptional guest service while driving store performance.

You will recruit, train, and coach front-line leaders, manage schedules, and implement initiatives that improve guest satisfaction and loyalty. This role emphasizes accountability, team development, and balancing digital with in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build a team of Guest Advocates and Service & Engagement Leaders to exceed guest service expectations
• Drive total store sales and contribute to profitability
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit for long and short term
• Coach leaders through training and development conversations
• Schedule and manage front-of-store staffing for peak times and holidays
• Promote digital and in-store offerings to enhance guest experience
• Ensure ethical conduct, safety and compliance across the team
