Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Executive Team Leader in Culver City, CA. You will lead Guest Advocates and Service Leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while driving store sales and managing staffing to meet business needs.

• Oversee training completion and ongoing education for front-of-store teams.
• Lead development conversations to advance team careers.
• Recognize and reward high performance to reinforce desired behaviors.
• Ensure schedules align with peak times and promotions.
• Promote knowledge of Target benefits and offerings to guests.
