Job summary

Target is hiring a Service & Engagement Executive Team Leader in Spring, TX to lead Guest Advocates and Service and Engagement Leaders, ensuring guest service excellence and smooth store operations.

You will drive sales, manage staffing, coach teams, and promote Target's benefits and promotions, while upholding standards of safety, ethics and customer focus in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of Guest Advocates and Leaders focused on guest service.
• Drive total store sales and profitability.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit – long and short term.
• Manage leaders to ensure training is completed and understood.
• Provide ongoing development conversations to grow team capabilities.
• Promote a culture of accountability and guest-centric service.
• Understand business reporting and guest insights to guide improvements.
• Lead scheduling to support peak traffic times and events.
