Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a Players Club Representative to assist guests with marketing promotions, events, lodging, and transportation while delivering outstanding guest service.

You will build guest relations, handle event reservations, and provide information on casino offerings, promotions, and policies. A high school diploma and ability to obtain a gaming license are required, with flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state Gaming License.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with marketing promotions, events, lodging, and transportation.
• Build guest relations and invite guests back.
• Handle reservations for events, promotions, and accommodations.
• Answer calls and stay knowledgeable about casino offerings.
• Promote upcoming events and communicate with departments.
• Understand casino tracking programs.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and seek supervisor assistance when needed.
• Maintain clean work area and follow policies.
• Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
