Aufgaben

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of promotions, events, and guest engagement initiatives to drive participation and enhance the guest experience.
• Perform responsibilities related to the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program and other duties as assigned.
• Issue complimentary items and offers to guests based on established play levels and company guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and build lasting relationships with patrons.
• Execute marketing promotions, special events, and casino activations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and operational procedures.
• Respond to and resolve escalated guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure successful execution of promotions and events.
• Conduct drawings and promotional activities using the casino drawing system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for promotional items, gifts, and gift cards.
• Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
