Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests in-store and over the phone, promote the Ulta Beauty services business, and support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager. This role focuses on service and retail sales, guest loyalty, and smooth salon operations.

The position requires passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate salon services and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty (including credit).
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas of the store and offering friendly, prompt, and courteous service.
• Address and resolve guest concerns, manage the services booking system, guest records and salon traffic flow, and suggest add-on services when booking appointments.
• Build the services business by informing guests of current promotions and events and inviting them to try services while providing product recommendations.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
