Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Sales experience and guest service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events; manage the services booking system and guest records.
• Promote current promotions and events; invite guests to try services and products.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with courtesy and efficiency.
• Support the services team and maintain salon traffic flow.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with safety and sanitation procedures.
