Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon services, and support the Experience Manager and ASM with service and retail targets. You will handle bookings, assist guests, and help create a seamless 360° guest experience.

The role requires strong customer service, sales ability, and a passion for beauty. Flexibility to work a busy schedule and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ulta Beauty services through guest interactions and drive sales.
• Manage service bookings, guest records and salon traffic.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Assist with in-store events and promotions to grow the services business.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and state guidelines.
