Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon and store services in-person and over the phone. You will support the Experience Manager and assist with booking, guest records, and ensuring a smooth store flow while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and strong sales and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with basic technology including POS systems, Apple devices, and the services booking system.
• Strong sales, product knowledge, and service skills; ability to build customer relationships; strong communication; troubleshoot; work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through one-on-one interactions.
• Assist with the services booking system, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Promote current promotions and events and invite guests to try services.
• Support service providers with appointment pages and rebooking.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards; attend trainings.
