Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon services through in-person and phone interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager by driving sales, guest satisfaction, and smooth service flow in-store and in the salon.

You should have a high school diploma (preferred) and about 1 year of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or guest services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain guest relationships and provide product/service recommendations.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and scheduling tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in-store and via phone to promote Ulta Beauty services and drive sales.
• Assist with service bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Support the experience and assistant services managers in daily operations and events.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and adherence to store policies.
• Inform guests about promotions, loyalty program, and app features.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a 360° guest experience.
