Ulta Beauty, the leading beauty retailer, is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon services through in-store and phone interactions. You will represent Ulta Beauty’s image, manage bookings, and support a high-energy services team to drive sales and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities include handling calls, scheduling, promoting promotions, and assisting with events, while ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS, Apple devices, booking system).
• Strong sales, product, and service knowledge.

Mansioni

• Engage with guests in-store and over the phone to promote Ulta Beauty services and products.
• Support the services team with booking, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Inform guests of promotions and events and invite them to try services.
• Assist with appointment pages, rebooking, and new guest acquisition.
• Maintain compliance with store policies, dress code, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Attend trainings and meetings to support professional development.
