Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon and services, both in-store and over the phone. You will support the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM), driving service and retail sales while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires managing bookings, guiding guests through promotions, and maintaining compliance with safety standards, dress code, and store procedures. Prior guest-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, devices, booking system).
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Manage salon phone calls, bookings, guest records, and traffic flow.
• Promote services and events with knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety and sanitation.
