Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, reception, or guest services.
• Excellent English communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and high guest volumes with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and coordinate arrivals, orientations, and departures.
• Maintain visitor tracking, parking logs, and security access coordination.
• Assist with courier services, mail, and onboarding/offboarding support.
• Provide information on office services, spaces, and amenities.
• Collaborate with team to improve guest services and processes.
• Support facilities tasks and vendor coordination as needed.
