Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon and services, and drive retail sales both in-store and via phone. You will manage bookings, support the service team, and deliver an elevated guest experience through strong product knowledge and teamwork.

The role requires excellent guest service, basic tech skills, and a flexible schedule to cover days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with full-time status in a store location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, Services Booking System).

Responsibilities

• Be the guest liaison, greeting customers and guiding salon and services sales.
• Book appointments and manage the services booking system.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist the EM and ASM in daily operations and store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliant operations.
