Job summary

You will work with the Experience Manager and team to deliver a seamless guest experience, meet sales goals, and uphold Ulta Beauty standards and safety procedures across the salon and salesfloor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to learn salon services and product knowledge.
• Strong guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ulta Beauty services and retail through guest interactions.
• Answer salon calls, resolve guest concerns, manage bookings.
• Inform guests of promotions and invite them to try services.
• Maintain compliance with store policies and safety standards.
• Support schedule management and event execution.
