Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon and services offerings both in-person and by phone. You will support the Experience Manager and ASM, driving service and retail goals while fostering guest loyalty and a high-energy, welcoming store environment.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn salon services and product knowledge quickly. Flexible scheduling will be needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent guest service.
• Comfort with sales and product knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store's goals in retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Assist services team with booking system, guest records and salon traffic flow.
• Inform guests of current promotions and events to grow the services business.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating in-store events and services.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products and services.
