Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon and service offerings, and support the experience team in delivering a 360-degree guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to deliver strong guest service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services and products.
• Answer salon phone calls, manage bookings, and support guest satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining store and salon operations, events, and guest flow.
• Build guest relationships through in-person and phone interactions and provide recommendations.
• Support service providers with scheduling, rebooking, and client acquisition.
