Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests, promote salon services, and support the Experience Manager. You will assist with bookings, promotions, and product recommendations, delivering a 360° guest experience across salon, skincare, and color departments.

The role emphasizes service and sales performance, teamwork, and adherence to store policies, with flexible schedule requirements including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS, Apple devices, services booking).
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges professionally.
• Support services team with calls, bookings, guest records, and traffic flow.
